Create subscription feed file

You can create a CSV, TSV, or XLSX file that must be formatted according to Bazaarvoice's standard requirements to ensure it passes the automated validation during file upload.

  1. Your subscription feed file should include one email address on each line with the notification type, as shown below:

    email_address1, PIE
    email_address2, REVIEW_APPROVED
    email_address3, REVIEW_REJECTED
    email_address4, ALL
    ...
  2. You can include up to 100,000 email addresses in a feed file.
  3. The system checks the uploaded file for correct format and structure, like
    1. Ensuring each email address is correctly structured.
    2. Verifying that each email address has a valid domain.
    3. Identifying duplicate entries and displaying them as a warning.
  4. Only valid and unique email addresses are added to the subscribe or unsubscribe list, and these will be considered for future review request communications.
