Purchase options

Purchase options are a digital representation of the contract line items you have already purchased, which allow Bazaarvoice to pre-populate your campaign request forms. This should lead to a faster time to launch as you don’t have to manually enter data that we already have. These purchase options as a proof of purchase when submitting a campaign request. To obtain purchase options, contact your Bazaarvoice account team or sales representative.

Purchase option attributes

The table below lists the fixed attributes that the Bazaarvoice system recognizes when registering a purchase option:

Selecting your purchase option

You can access your purchase options in two ways:

In Vibe, select Campaigns > Purchase options.
In Vibe, select Campaigns > Create campaign.

You will see a table of your active purchase options. You can then select one or more line items using the checkboxes.

Once you’ve selected your purchase options, the system will use it to pre-populate your campaign request form.

Resolving discrepancies

If you try to add, for example, a social task that wasn’t included in your original purchase, the system will flag this discrepancy. You will be prompted to either:

Edit the request to match the purchase option.
Proceed, which will trigger a new purchase process.
