Reveal

Create Reveals to turn any content into a shoppable image. Reveals are embedded images that display a product-tagged content item. 

Create a Reveal

Step 1: Start creating a Reveal

Follow these steps to start creating a Reveal:

1. In Vibe, select any media item. The Universal Image Actions (UIA) page will open.
2. Select Distribute.
3. Select Reveal.

Step 2: Product tag content

Follow these steps to product tag content:

1. If you haven't already product tagged this content, select a point on the content and add a product. Learn more about product tagging.
2. Repeat this process until you've added every product you want to add.

Step 3: Configure Reveal settings

Follow these steps to configure your Reveal settings:

1. (Optional) If wanted, select the checkbox next to the following Reveal options:
   • Open in New Tab: When a product in your Reveal is selected, a new tab will open.
   • Fill Container: Your Reveal will match the size of its parent container.
   • Automatically Show Products: Your Reveal will display your tagged products when the page loads.
2. (Optional) Next to Icon, select the icon that will display when users hover over product tags in your Reveal.
3. (Optional) Next to Button Text, enter custom button text that will appear below a product when a user selects it. This button will take the user to that product's product detail page (PDP).

Step 4: Embed your Reveal

1. Select Copy to Clipboard to copy your Reveal's embed code.
2. Paste your embed code in your website's HTML source code where you want it to appear.

Update your Reveal

Any change to the following Reveal settings will require you to embed the code on your live site again:

• Automatically Show Products
• Fill Container
• Icon
• Button Text

Your Reveal will reflect changes to tags or products after a few minutes. These include:

• Adding products
• Removing products
• Moving tags to a different location on the photo
• Editing the product link, image, or name
