In Vibe, campaign progress is tracked using an activity-based model. Instead of closing campaigns based on strict calendar deadlines, campaigns remain open and active until they achieve the targeted volume of content.
To help you track exactly where your campaign is in its lifecycle, you’ll see one of the following statuses:
Pending: Your campaign request has been approved and is being prepared.
Action Required: We need more information from you before we can proceed with your campaign.
Scheduled: Your campaign is ready to launch.
Launched: Your campaign is live. It will remain in this status until the first participant completes a task.
Collecting: Participants are actively posting content. Your campaign will stay in this phase while your completion rate builds toward the 85% target completion rate. Even while a campaign is in this phase, reminders are continuously sent to members who need to complete an outstanding task.
Completed: Your campaign has finished. This means you have successfully hit the target completion rate of 85% or higher. A campaign will also be marked Completed 90 days after its scheduled end date.
Note: Reviews and social content can still come in even after a campaign is complete, and those results will automatically be recorded in your metrics.
