View and report on your Instagram and TikTok Like2Buy stores insights from the Insights page in Bazaarvoice Vibe.
Before you begin
Connect your Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics account to view revenue and transaction metrics in Vibe.
Where to start
In Vibe, select Insights > Like2Buy. Select Instagram or TikTok for store-specific insights.
Metrics graph
You can view a graph that displays a certain metric over the selected date range on each Like2Buy tab.
Change the metric displayed on the graph
To change the metric displayed on the graph, select the tab for one of the metrics (for example, Transactions) above the graph.
Change the date range
Follow these steps to change the date range displayed on the graph:- Select the date range drop-down menu on the left above the graph.
- Choose from the listed date ranges or set a custom range.
- Select Set Date.
Revenue funnel
The revenue funnel to the right of the metrics graph shows how visits and clickthroughs lead to transactions. Select a section of the funnel to change the metric displayed on the graph.
Metrics definitions
View the following table to see the seven metrics that you can view for your Like2Buy stores and their definitions.

| Visits | Total unique visitors to your Instagram or TikTok Like2Buy store, or the combined total unique visitors if you’re on the combined Like2Buy Insights page. |
| Clickthroughs | Total times that users followed a link to your website from your Instagram or TikTok Like2Buy store, or the combined total clickthroughs if you’re on the combined Like2Buy Insights page. |
| Clickthrough Rate (CTR) | Total visits that include a clickthrough divided by total visits. |
| Transactions | Orders made from clickthroughs to your website from your Instagram or TikTok Like2buy store, or the combined orders made from clickthroughs if you’re on the combined Like2Buy Insights page. |
| Conversion Rate | Total visits that resulted in an order divided by total visits. |
| Revenue | Transaction revenue attributed to clickthroughs to your website from your Instagram or TikTok Like2Buy store, or the combined transaction revenue if you’re on the combined Like2Buy Insights page. |
| Average Order Value (AOV) | Average revenue for each transaction made through clickthroughs to your website. |
Export to CSV
When you export your Like2Buy data to a CSV, three files that display your metrics, media data, and product data will be exported. The selected date range affects the exported CSV file.Follow these steps to export your Like2Buy data:
- Select the export button to the right of the Filter by Labels drop-down menu. A compressed file will start downloading in your browser.
- Extract and open the CSV files to view in-depth information about your combined or individual Like2Buy stores.
Daily (metrics) file
The daily CSV file will display the date and the metrics from the metrics graph for each day in the selected date range. Refer to the Metrics definitions section of this article for more information.
Media file
View the following table to see the nine attributes for each piece of media listed and their definitions.

| Link | The TikTok or Instagram link to the post. |
| Image | The hosted link to the media on Vibe. |
| Image Source | The platform that the media came from. |
| Caption | The caption of the post. |
| Likes | The number of likes the post has received at the time of the export. |
| Comments | The number of comments the post has received at the time of the export. |
| Clickthroughs | Total times that users followed a link to the tagged products' store page. |
| Revenue | Transaction revenue attributed to clickthroughs to your website from this post. |
Products file
View the following table to see the four attributes for each product listed and their definitions.

| Product URL | The URL to your product's store page on your website. |
| Clickthroughs | Total times that users followed a link to this product's store page. |
| Image URL | The media's hosted link on Vibe. |
Email capture
You can export the emails collected from your Instagram Like2Buy capture form on the Instagram Like2Buy Insights tab. On the Email Signups banner, select the button labeled CSV to export the file.
Top Performers
The Top Performers section shows the top performing media and products on your combined or individual Like2Buy stores.
Sort and filter Top Performers
You can filter and sort your top performers using three options:- Metrics: Sort your media or products by Most Interactive Views, Most Clickthroughs, Highest Conversion Rate, or Highest Revenue. For definitions of each metric, refer to the Metrics definitions section of this article.
- Media or product: Filter by Media or Product to display your top-performing individual media or tagged products.
- Date range: The date range set at the top of the page will affect the Top Performers section.
