What is Bazaarvoice Vibe?

Bazaarvoice Vibe is an integrated social content solution that enables you to optimize each part of your content supply chain.

What does Vibe do?

Bazaarvoice Vibe helps marketing and commerce teams source, amplify, and optimize creator and user-generated content across all channels from one place.

  • Source authentic creators and content through AI and audience targeting.
  • Get commerce-ready content with bulit-in product tagging, usage rights, and easy-to-manage distribution.
  • Use our analytics tools to see the full-funnel impact and ROI of your campaigns, channels, content, and shopping experiences.
If I want to run a campaign with both everyday shoppers and creators, what percentage of each group should I use?

We normally recommend using a combination of the two groups to suit the requirements of your campaign. Everyday shoppers help you to quickly increase the number of reviews of a product and meet your key performance indicators, while creators enable you to receive targeted content for different social audiences.

To receive a sufficient amount of high-quality user-generated content (UGC) and targeted social reach, we recommend including between ten and twenty creators in your campaign.

Can I syndicate content from TikTok or other social networks from Influenster sampling campaigns?

Yes. TikTok and Instagram content from Influenster sampling campaigns that you set up in Vibe will be eligible for visual syndication. Bazaarvoice will secure visual syndication rights from Influenster members, and retailers can choose whether or not they want to publish syndicated content.

Can I syndicate TikTok content from creator campaigns?

Yes. However, as creator campaigns require creators to sign up to Bazaarvoice terms and conditions so their content is eligible for visual syndication, this would mean creators giving brands or retailers the right to use their content in perpetuity. It is unlikely that paid creators would be willing to sign up to these terms and conditions.

How can I track ROI and conversion lift for creator marketing?

If you provide a creator with a Google Analytics tracking link or Shopify code and they use it in their social post, Bazaarvoice will be able to attribute revenue to the creator. If the content features in a product detail page Gallery, we can also attribute display revenue to the creator.

What is the difference between boosting a creator post and using an allowlisting ad?

A boost to a creator post is a one-time action where a brand promotes a creator's content to their specific audience.

Allowlisting ads enable brands to use a more sophisticated audience targeting method that goes beyond the creator’s followers. For example, they can enable brands to access creator accounts on Instagram where they can customize content and create posts that look like they've been shared from the creator's channel.

For which social platforms does Bazaarvoice support allowlisting?

We support allowlisting for TikTok Spark ads.

Does Vibe enable affiliate revenue tracking?

Yes. Shopify users will be able to use this platform for affiliate revenue tracking, while those not using Shopify can use Google Analytics (GA) to measure revenue by connecting it to their campaign.
