Revenue reporting for reviews
To learn more about the revenue reporting metric for reviews, access the questions below.
How is revenue data collected from Reviews?
We pull actual revenue from BV Pixel transaction data.
How does revenue attribution work for reviews?
R&R revenue attribution that is passive is mapped to reviews with the Vibe “Loaded” attribution setting. This will count revenue for sessions where reviews were loaded.
R&R revenue attribution that is active is mapped to reviews with the Vibe “Interacted, Clicked, Product Clicked” attribution settings. This will count revenue for any session where reviews were interacted with (for example, clicks, scrolls, hovers, shares).
Can I access revenue reporting for reviews even if I don’t have BV Pixel transaction data?
No. Even if you have BV Pixel, you must have transaction tracking implemented to get revenue reporting for reviews.
Why is no revenue appearing in my review report?
Your revenue may be missing for one of the following reasons:
Vibe doesn’t support revenue reporting for reviews for transaction that occurred before March 2025.
There are no transaction recorded related to those reviews.
You don’t have R&R display or BV Pixel with transaction tracking implemented.
If none of these reasons apply, please contact your account representative.
Can I look at revenue generated from a specific review?
Currently, only aggregated revenue across reviews generated for a campaign or for all reviews for a specific product is accessible.
How do I set up BV Pixel to start generating revenue reviews?
To set up BV Pixel, refer to our BV Pixel article.

|---|---|
| Total Shared Content | The total number of pieces of campaign content featuring this product that has been shared with your chosen retailer. |
| Total Published Content | The total number of pieces of campaign content featuring this product that has been shared with, and published by, your chosen retailer. |
| Total Estimated Revenue | The total estimate of how much revenue your content drove at [retailer]. We calculated this by looking at your contents' views and interactions. We then compared that data to shopping patterns we've observed across similar content and experiences. This estimate is based on views and interactions you received since January 1, 2025. |
Estimated revenue
We estimate revenue using millions of example transactions recorded across all gallery displays. We look at impressions, how often media is loaded in the display, clicks, hovers, transactions, product price, product category, number of products tagged, and the media’s source network. These data points allow us to accurately estimate the revenue we’d typically see from similar displays.
For example, if you have an image on a retailer’s site that is tagged with a beauty product worth $3 and it’s been viewed 1000 times and clicked 50 times in the last month, but you want to know the product’s total estimated revenue. We use the data points and compare them with other gallery transactions to find the revenue generated by images with similar qualities and data points.
