Connect Adobe Commerce (Magento) to use your product catalog in Bazaarvoice Vibe.

Set up Adobe Commerce for Vibe

Follow the instructions in this section to set up Adobe Commerce for Vibe.

Step 1: Add a new integration

Follow these steps to add a new integration in Adobe Commerce:

1. Sign in to your Adobe Commerce (Magento) admin site.
2. In the Admin panel, select System.
3. Under Extensions, select Integrations.
4. Select Add New Integration. The New Integration page will open.

Step 2: Add integration information

Follow these steps to add integration information:

1. On the Integration info tab, enter a name for your integration (for example, Bazaarvoice Vibe).
2. Enter an email address for your integration. We recommend the main point of contact for Vibe or Adobe Commerce.
3. Leave the Callback URL and Identity link URL fields empty.
4. Under Current User Identity Verification, enter your password in the Your Password text field.

Step 3: Add API information

Follow these steps to add API information:

1. Select the API tab.
2. Make sure Resource Access field is set to Custom. If it's not, select the drop-down menu and select Custom.
3. Under Resources, select the checkbox next to Products. Make sure that all of the sub-resources of Products are selected.
4. If you have Adobe Commerce (Magento) 2.3 or above, deselect the checkboxes next to Edit Product Status and Edit Product Price under Products.
5. Select the checkbox next to Taxes.

Step 4: Finish adding integration

Follow these steps to finish adding your new integration:

1. Select the drop-down button next to the Save button.
2. Select Save & Activate.
3. Select Allow in the upper-right corner.
4. Copy the Access Token that appears. This token is required when connecting to Vibe. You can come back and copy this token later if you plan to connect at a later time.

Connect Adobe Commerce to Vibe

Follow these instructions to connect Adobe Commerce to Vibe:

1. In Vibe, select the gear icon in the upper-right corner. The Settings page will open.
2. Select the Product Catalog tab.
3. Select Set up your Magento catalog.
4. Select Get Started.
5. In the Magento Store URL text field, enter the website URL associated with your Adobe Commerce product catalog. This should be formatted as follows: "https://www.[sitename].com" or "http://www.[sitename].com"
6. In the Access Token text field, enter the token from "Step 4: Finish adding integration" in this topic.
7. Select Connect.

Note: It may take a few minutes to establish the connection to your catalog.

Troubleshooting

If you're getting an error that says "Could Not Connect," make sure that:

• The website URL in the Magento Store URL text field includes "https://" or "http://"
• The token in the Access Token text field matches the token in Adobe Commerce
