By selecting an Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube creator in Bazaarvoice Vibe, you can view a page that shows their account insights, recent posts, and similar creators.
Invite creators to Vibe
To get full access to a creator's profile insights, they must connect their Instagram or TikTok account to Vibe. To invite them to register with Vibe, follow these steps:

Navigate to the creator's Instagram profile in Vibe.

Select the creator’s name or username to open their profile insights page.

Select the Insights tab on the creator's profile insights page. A blue banner will appear above the insights.

Select the Copy Invite Link button. The invite link will be copied to your clipboard.

Paste the invite link into a message in Instagram and send to the creator.
Invite creators who don’t appear Vibe
If you can't access a creator’s profile insights page, for example, because they don’t use TikTok One, you can still generate an invite link using the search function. To find these creators, follow these steps:

From the main navigation, navigate to Creators > Discover.

Select the Search by Username tab.

Select Register Creator to open the registration modal.

From the Creator not found? modal, select Copy Registration Link or Send Link Through Email to invite the creator to register with Vibe.
Invite creators for a list or campaign
If you’re trying to add a creator to a list or campaign, but they aren’t appearing in your search, you can still generate an invitation link. To register a creator in this instance, follow these steps:

From the Creator not found? modal, select Copy Registration Link or Send Link Through Email to invite the creator to register with Vibe.

After the creator registers, you’ll get full access to their creator profile insights and all public posts in Vibe.
Creator profile states
There are the three states that a creator's profile insights page can be in:- Limited - This is the default state for a creator’s profile insights page. Only recent posts are displayed and some insights are unavailable.
- Estimated - You can request that the hidden insights in a creator’s profile insights page be estimated by Vibe. This is the best option if you’re unable to get full access. Read the “Get estimated insights for a creator” section of this topic to learn how.
- Full access - You will have full access to a creator’s account insights and public posts with this state. The creator must register with Vibe (affable.ai) for you to get full access. Read the “Get full access to a creator’s profile insights” section of this topic to learn how.

- Select the hyperlinked text that says "Estimate audience stats."

How do you estimate demographics for non-verified creators?
By analyzing a representative sample of public follower information. This is currently only available for Instagram.
Why are top-level and media-level engagement rates different?
Top-level is a normalized average of the last 30 posts (outliers removed). Media-level is a true average of the specific media you have filtered.
Why is the Engagement Rate at the top of the profile different from the one above the media grid?
The top-level Engagement Rate is a normalized average of the last 30 posts for a stable snapshot. The Media Insights Engagement Rate is a true, dynamic average of whatever posts you have filtered. This allows you to analyze specific content sets.
Why have audience demographics or Stories data disappeared for a creator I know was verified?
This usually means the creator's authentication has expired. This often happens when they change their password. You can resolve this by sending them a new invitation to re-authenticate from their profile page.
Why are audience demographics not available for a TikTok creator?
Estimated audience data is an Instagram-only feature. For TikTok, the creator must authenticate their account to share audience demographics. This is a limitation based on the data TikTok makes available.
How is Engagement Rate (ER) calculated?
((Likes + Comments) / Followers) * 100, typically based on recent posts.
Why did a verified creator's data disappear?
The creator's account has become disconnected (for example, because of a password change). They need to be invited to re-authenticate.
