Automatic catalog sync (ACS)
Bazaarvoice automatically syncs your active Bazaarvoice catalog with the Influenster catalog daily. This ensures the Influenster app has up-to-date product pages, descriptions, and images.
To maximize sync value, ensure your Bazaarvoice catalog consistently includes accurate GTINs or UPCs, high-quality images, and clear descriptions. The ACS pipeline relies on GTINs to match and update products.
ACS syncs both active and inactive products. ACS will automatically remove or unpublish products in Influenster when you mark them as inactive or discontinued in your Bazaarvoice catalog. These inactive products will also automatically be removed from Review Hunt to prevent unwanted reviews.
