ReviewSource enables you to quickly boost your review volume, star rating, and coverage by importing organic reviews of your products from Influenster and sending those reviews directly to your websites for display and syndication.

No native reviews and ensure they have at least one review.
Fewer native reviews than a target amount you want to meet or exceed.
Get started
To start using ReviewSource in Vibe, select Campaigns from the main navigation and then select ReviewSource from the left-hand navigation.
To start receiving existing reviews and a continuous flow of new user-generated content as it’s posted, select the Get Reviews button on the ReviewSource homepage.
Define the ReviewSource content you’ll receive
When you sign up for ReviewSource, define the brands and product SKUs you want to include in your ReviewSource catalog. This will determine what SKUs will receive ReviewSource content at your brand and retail sites throughout the term of your agreement.
Once you sign a contract, we'll import existing eligible ReviewSource content in bulk. You will also automatically receive any new reviews submitted by the Influenster community over the terms of agreement (for the SKUs in your ReviewSource catalog).
Review hunt
Review hunt is a feature inside the Influenster app that surfaces products for members to swipe through and review.
The algorithm intelligently matches products to members based on their profile data (for example, diet or pets), past review history, and brand affinity. This targeted approach ensures that members are shown products they are likely to have used, resulting in higher quality and more relevant organic reviews for your brand.
Only products tied to an active ReviewSource campaign are eligible to be surfaced in Review hunt. Any products marked as inactive in your synced Bazaarvoice catalog will automatically lose Review hunt eligibility and no longer be surfaced to members.

FAQs
How long does it take for reviews to show up for shoppers?
Once you sign up for ReviewSource, it takes up to four weeks for reviews to begin to appear on your brand and retail sites.
Do you badge ReviewSource content as incentivized?
No. As the Influenster community organically produces ReviewSource content, we don’t badge ReviewSource reviews as incentivized. We attribute reviews to Influenster.com. We do badge content collected through Bazaarvoice Sampling as incentivized.
Does ReviewSource content go through Bazaarvoice authenticity and moderation checks?
Yes. Influenster members organically generate ReviewSource content, which Influenster then sends directly to Bazaarvoice. It goes through our authenticity and moderation checks before we approve it for display and distribution on your site.
I don't see ReviewSource content appear as I expected on my brand and retail sites. What should I do?
Contact Bazaarvoice support to resolve this issue.
Are ReviewSource reviews badged as "Verified Purchasers"?
No. ReviewSource reviews are generated organically by members within the Influenster community and are not linked to a direct transaction or post-purchase email on your website. Because of this, they do not carry the Verified Purchaser badge. Instead, to maintain complete transparency and trust with your shoppers, these reviews are clearly attributed to Influenster.com and undergo the exact same rigorous authenticity and moderation checks as your native content.
