With Ratings in Modal, you can display product ratings on modals in all Galleries including Homepage, Category, Full Page, Product Page, and email. End users will be able to see each tagged product's star rating, encouraging them to click through to the product detail page.
Requirements
General
Your products and content must meet the following requirements to enable Ratings in Modal:
- Gallery content must be product tagged
- Tagged products must have a product rating or star rating
- Available on self-serve Galleries. Only available for Custom Galleries on a case-by-case basis.
Note: We can enable this feature on your account as a beta.
Technical
To guarantee full Ratings in Modal functionality:
- Tagged products must have a product rating on Bazaarvoice Ratings & Reviews to display a star rating
- Catalog feed values for all products on Galleries must match Bazaarvoice Ratings & Reviews products. Our Support team will not be able to offer additional support to improve product catalog coverage overlap.
Note: We will not be able to assess your product coverage catalog match between Ratings & Review and Vibe until we've completed the implementation. However, we can set up Ratings in Modal as a beta for your instance to test the feature.
