Instagram Like2Buy

Use Instagram Like2Buy to sell by taking advantage of your Instagram feed posts, user-generated content (UGC), and uploaded media.

Before you begin

Before you set up your Instagram Like2Buy store, connect your Instagram business account to Vibe.

Where to start

In Vibe, select Commerce > Social > Like2Buy > Instagram.

Set up an Instagram Like2Buy store

Media from your connected Instagram business account and uploaded media are automatically published to your Instagram Like2Buy store if you’ve tagged products on it. To add UGC, you must have the rights to the content and tag products on it.

Copy and paste your unique link into your Instagram bio to start selling with your store.

Media statuses

• Products Needed: Media that needs products tagged. Products Needed media will not appear on your Instagram Like2Buy store.
• Published: Media that has tagged products, rights approved, and is not hidden. Published media will appear on your Instagram Like2Buy store.
• Pinned: Published media that has been pinned to the top of your Instagram Like2Buy store. Drag and drop pinned media to reorder it.
• Hidden: Media that has been hidden. Hidden media will not appear on your InstagramLike2Buy store.

Manage media

Hide, delete, or pin media to manage how media appears on your Instagram Like2Buy store.

Follow these steps to manage your media:

1. Hover over the media that you want to manage.
2. Select the three-dot symbol that appears.
3. Select Hide from Like2Buy, Pin to Top, or Delete Media.

Note: Deleting media will permanently remove it from your Instagram Like2Buy moderation page and store. To add it back, you must either schedule a post with the media or add it from your Media Library.   

Add media from your media library

Follow these steps to add media from your Media Library to your Instagram Like2Buy store:

1. Select Add Media.
2. Select the checkmark symbol on the media you want to add.
3. Select Add to Like2Buy.

Tip: To upload media to your media library while adding media to your Instagram Like2Buy store, select Upload after selecting Add Media.

Product tag content

1. Select Tag Products on media that needs products tagged.
2. Select the spot on the media where you'd like to tag a product.
3. Search for a product in the Add Products text field.
4. Select the product to tag it.

Customize your store

• Add email capture
• Switch to square thumbnails
• Add an image banner
• Add custom text

Add email capture

1. Select Customize.
2. Turn on the Email Capture (optional) toggle.
3. (Optional) Enter a custom call to action in the Call To Action text field.

1. Select Insights > Like2Buy > Instagram.
2. Select the download button labeled CSV on the Email Signups banner.

Switch to square thumbnails

1. Select Customize.
2. Turn on the Square Thumbnails toggle.

Add an banner image

Add a banner image to the top of your Instagram Like2Buy store and add a link to it to make it selectable.

Follow these steps to add a banner image:

1. Select Customize.
2. Turn on the Image Banner (optional) toggle.
3. (Optional) Enter a URL into the Banner Link text field to make your own banner images selectable.
4. Select the Upload button to the right of the Mobile Banner text and choose an image to use. We recommend a resolution of 826x216 for your mobile banner image.
5. Select the Upload button to the right of the Desktop Banner text and choose an image to use. We recommend a resolution of 1200x250 for your desktop banner image.

Note: Images must be JPG or PNG files.  

Add custom call-to-action text

• Gallery (Mobile): Appears at the top of your Instagram Like2Buy store on mobile.
• Gallery (Desktop): Appears at the top of your Instagram Like2Buy store on desktop.
• Product Page: Appears on your product pages.

1. Select Customize.
2. Turn on the Custom Text (optional) toggle.
3. Enter your custom call-to-action text into the text fields for the places that you want it.
