AI Creator Search

AI Creator Search uses Bazaarvoice’s artificial intelligence (AI) to find creators using parameters you enter into the search bar. Parameters can include things like follower count, creator type, location, image, and more.

Open AI Creator Search

Follow these steps to open AI Creator Search:
  1. In Vibe, select Creators > Discover from the top navigation bar. AI Creator Search is the default tab for Discover page.
  2. Make sure you're on the AI Creator Search tab. If you're not, select AI Creator Search from the menu on the left side of the page.

Search for creators

You can search for creators using AI Creator Search with text, an image, or both.

Search with a text prompt

Follow these steps to search for a creator using a text prompt:
  1. Select the search bar on the AI Creator Search tab.
  2. Enter your text prompt.
  3. Select the magnifying glass icon on the right side of the search bar.
  4. To start a new search after a previous search, select the X icon on the right side of the search bar.
To add an image to your text prompt search, follow the steps in the "Search with an image" section of this topic.

How to write a text prompt

You don’t have to write a text prompt in an precise way for AI Creator Search to understand. As long as the prompt includes the parameters you want to search with, AI Creator Search can search with them. For example, you could write “at least 10,000 followers” or “10k+ followers” and AI Creator Search would understand both.

Text prompts can include many parameters including:
  • Age range
  • Sex
  • Follower count
  • Location
  • Language 
  • Follower engagement rate
  • Similar creators
  • Brand mentions
  • Contact information available

Example: Hiking creators from Colorado with at least 10,000 followers and at least a 10% follower engagement rate

You can also filter creators using the Exclude Tracked Creators option to filter out creators who you've already added to your creator lists and ensure your search remains focused on fresh creators.

Search with an image

Follow these steps to search for a creator using an image:
  1. Select the + Add Image button on the right side of the search bar on the AI Creator Search tab.
  2. Select the checkmark button on the image you want to search with.
  3. Select Select Media.
  4. Select the magnifying glass icon on the right side of the search bar.

Filter and sort search results

You can filter search results by any of the parameters listed in the “How to write a text prompt” section of this article. Sort results by selecting the drop-down menu above the search results and choose how you want to sort them. You can also filter by verification status with Influenster Pro and Bazaarvoice Verified.

Influenster Pro and Bazaarvoice Verified

You can filter creators by their verification status with Influenster Pro and Bazaarvoice Verified. 

  • Bazaarvoice Verified - These creators have authenticated their accounts with Bazaarvoice. This ensures that we receive accurate metrics for their accounts.
  • Influenster Pro - Verified creators from the Influenster Pro program who have authenticated their accounts. These creators may be more likely to create content in exchange for products.

Add creators to lists from AI Creator Search

Follow these steps to add a creator to a list after completing a search using AI Creator Search:

  1. Select the checkbox to the left of creator's name in the search results.
  2. Select the + Add to List button in the top-right corner of the page.
  3. Create a new list or select an existing list.
  4. Select Add.

You can add Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube creators to lists. TikTok creators must be a part of the TikTok Creator Marketplace or have registered with Bazaarvoice to get added to a list.

FAQs

Why is a creator not appearing in search results?

Their account is likely a Personal account (Instagram), not part of the TikTok Creator Marketplace, private, or too new to be indexed. Due to Instagram's API limitations, we can only index Business or Creator accounts. The creator can switch their account type for free in their settings. If they're on TikTok, they can either register on TikTok One or you can invite them to authenticate their TikTok account with Bazaarvoice Vibe.

Why can't I find a TikTok creator if their account is public but not in the TikTok One? 

Due to TikTok's API rules, our discovery is limited to creators in the TikTok One. Many creators are not in this network, which is a hard limitation from TikTok's side. However, you can still work with creators who are not in the Marketplace. If you know their handle, you can invite them to authenticate their account with Vibe. This will allow you to track their content and view their full audience data.

Why can't I find a YouTube channel that is relatively new? 

If it is a relatively new channel, it can take a few days to be indexed in our system. You can create a list and select +Add Creators to add their profile. It can take up to 24 hrs to be indexed.
