Use creator lists to organize Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube creators and configure specific rights settings for groups of creators.
Search for creators
Use AI Creator Search or Search by Username to find creators in Vibe. Select Creators > Discover in Bazaarvoice Vibe to get started. Learn more about AI Creator Search and creator profile insights.
Create a list
You can create a new list by selecting the + icon next to Creator Lists on the Creators page in Vibe. You can also create a new list while adding a creator to a list. Read the "Add creators to a list" section below to learn more.
Add creators to a list
You can add a creator through their creator profile page in Vibe, or through the search results in AI Creator Search or Search by Username.
Follow these steps to add a creator to a list from AI Creator Search:
- Select the checkbox next to each creator you want to add to your list.
- Select Add to List +.
- Select an existing creator list or create a new list under Create New List.
- Select Done.
Follow these steps to add a creator to a list from Search by Username:
- Select the + icon that appears when you hover over a creator in your search results.
- Select or search for an existing creator list or create a new list by selecting Add To New Influencer List.
Manage a list
Configure rights settings
Follow these steps to configure rights settings for a list:
- In your list, select the three-dot icon in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Select Configure Rights Settings.
- Select the rights setting that you want to apply to this list. You can view what each option means below.
- Select Save.
Rights settings
- Require Rights Requests on All Media - You will have to request rights on all media published by creators in this list. Select this option if you'd like to pick and choose which media you'd like to request the rights to.
- Auto-approve Rights on Mentioned/Tagged Media - You will automatically have rights approved for all media mentioning or tagging your brand that is published by creators in this list.
- Auto-approve Rights on All Media in this List - You will automatically have rights approved for all media published by creators in this list.
Download a list
Follow these steps to a list in CSV format:- In your list, select the three-dot icon in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Select Download List.
Remove a creator from a list
Follow these steps to remove a creator from a list:
- In your list, hover over the name of the user you want to remove. A three-dot icon should appear next to their name.
- Select the three-dot icon.
- Select Remove from List.

What is the difference between a List and a Campaign?
Lists are for prospecting and organizing potential creators. Campaigns are for activating partners and automatically tracking their content.
Why do engagement rates differ between search and lists?
The data sources are distinct. Lists and Campaigns use a more frequently refreshed data source.
What happens when I delete a Creator List?
The list is deleted but the creators are not untracked from your account as they may exist on other lists.
Why did my 'tracked creators' count not decrease after I deleted a creator list?
Deleting a list is an organisational action that does not affect your tracked creator count. To free up capacity, you must explicitly untrack a creator from the account, which will remove them from all lists.
Why can't I paste a list of creators from a spreadsheet if it includes multiple platforms?
When pasting in a list of creators, you must do it one platform at a time. Paste all your Instagram handles first, and then all your TikTok handles in a separate action.
