Manage campaign creators

Manage the creators who are taking part in your campaign.

Where to start

In Vibe, select Campaigns > Social Creators. Next, select a campaign that you've created.

Add creators

Follow these steps to add creators to your campaign:

Select Add Creators. The Add Creators modal will appear.
Select the platform where the creator accounts you want to add are located.
Use the Creator Search search field to find creators. You can add creators or creator lists by entering usernames, creator names, or creator list names. Select the relevant options from the list that appears.

Note: If you’ve added a creator list, select it to view a list of the individual creators it contains. You can search for creators in the list by their name or username.
Once you’ve finished adding creators and creator lists, select Add Creators. The modal will show how many creators have been added successfully, and how many are still being added to your campaign.

Select View Creators to view the creators you’ve added to your campaign.

Note: To view recently added and pending creator social media accounts, select View Creators above the table in the Creators tab. From the modal that appears, you can make changes to your lists of creators. To save your changes, select Update Creators.

Add creator details

Add information about the creators you’ve added to the campaign.

Select the ellipsis icon on the right side of a creator row and select View Creator Details.
Enter information about the creator on the Personal Information page. The following table shows the information required for each field.

Note: Under Shipping Details, select Use Contact Details to reuse the information you’ve already provided for the creator.

Column	Description
First Name	Enter the creator's first name.
Last Name	Enter the creator's last name.
Email Address	Enter the creator's email address.
Phone	Enter the creator’s phone number and relevant country code. For example, +1345678 where +1 is the country code and 345678 is the phone number.
Home Address	Enter the creator's home address.
Country	Enter the country where the creator is located.
City	Enter the city where the creator is located.
State	Enter the state where the creator is located.
ZIP Code	Enter the ZIP code for the creator’s home address.
Affiliate Code	Enter the affiliate code you want to use to track commission-based compensation you owe the creator. Select the copy icon to copy the affiliate code. Note: If you change a creator’s affiliate code, we will stop tracking orders using the former code and start tracking orders using the new code.

Once you’ve finished adding details, select Save Changes.

Add notes for a creator

Add notes for the creators you’ve added to your campaign.

Select the ellipsis icon on the right side of a creator row and select View Creator Details.
From the column on the left side of the page, select Notes.
Under New Note, enter information you want to save about the creator.
Select Create Note.

Invite creators to Vibe

If you’ve added creators that haven’t registered for Vibe, select Copy Invite Link to send them a link to register for it.

View creators

View information about the creators campaigns you’ve added.

Column	Description
Creators	Name, username, and platform of the creator.
Content	Number of reviews, photos, and videos posted by the creator in the campaign.
Impr. (Impressions)	Number of views of photos or videos for the campaign posted by creators on social media.
Fllr. Eng. Rate (Follower Engagement Rate)	Number of likes, comments, saves, and shares for a creator’s posts divided by their follower count.
Avg. EMV (Average EMV)	EMV (Estimated Media Value) for posts by creators in this campaign.
Visits	Number of visits to product display pages for products that creators have posted about in the campaign.
Affl. Rev (Affiliate Revenue)	Amount of commission-based compensation sent to the creator for the campaign.
Onsite Rev. (Onsite Revenue)	Amount of revenue generated by views of photos or videos posted by creators in Galleries in the campaign.

Bulk export campaign links

To export a campaign link to multiple creators:

Select the relevant creators from the table.
Select the ellipsis icon above the table on the right side of the page and select Send Email Invitation.

Invite creators to a campaign

To email multiple creators to invite them to participate in your campaign:

Select the relevant creators from the table.
Select the ellipsis icon above the table on the right side of the page and select Send Email Invitation.

View and edit creator information

To see information about a creator, select the ellipsis icon on the right side of a creator row and select View Creator Details.

Use the details at the top of the Personal Information page for at-a-glance information about the creator and metrics for all the campaigns they’ve participated in.

You can update contact, shipping, and affiliate code details for the creator you’ve selected. Select Save Changes when you’ve finished.
To view creator notes, select Notes from the column on the left side of the page. Select the ellipsis icon on the right side of a note and select Edit Note or Delete Note.

Copy campaign links

To copy a link to a creator campaign, select the ellipsis icon on the right side of a creator row and select Copy Campaign Link.

Delete a creator

Note: If you delete a creator’s profile, you won’t be able to recover it.

To delete a creator, select the ellipsis icon on the right side of a creator row and select Delete Creator. In the modal that appears, select Delete Creator.

Find creators

Find a campaign request in the Campaign Requests table using any of these methods:

Search field: Enter a creator name or username in the search field.
Filter by platform: Filter creators by their social media platform.
Sort data table: Sort creators by most recently created campaign.

Manage proposals

In your campaign, select Manage > Proposals and Orders. Here, you can view proposals submitted by creators for your campaign.

Reject or approve proposals

Follow these steps to reject or approve proposals:

On the Proposals page, select View Proposal on any proposal that's in Review status.
Review the proposal.
Select Reject or Approve. The Reject Proposal or Approve Proposal modal will appear.
(Optional) If you're rejecting a proposal, you can tell them the reason that you're rejecting a proposal to help them when they submit a proposal in the future.
Select Reject or Approve.

Create bulk Shopify orders

You can create bulk Shopify orders for multiple creators with approved proposals. Products included in these orders must be from your Shopify catalog.

Follow these steps to create a bulk order:

On the Proposals and Orders page, select the checkbox beside each creator who you want to include in the bulk order.
Select the Create Order button.
From the Create Order modal, select the products you want to send in this order.
Select Create to complete your order.

Track your order

To track the status of your new order, select the Orders tab, where you can view the following details about your order:

Fulfilment status (whether your order is fulfilled, partially fulfilled, or unfulfilled).
Order number.
Created on (the date when you placed the order).
Shipment status (whether your order is pending, has been partially shipped, or has shipped).
Tracking link (external link to the courier delivering your order).

Manage affiliates

You can manage your affiliate agreements with creators after you've started a campaign.

Follow these steps to view your affiliates for your Social Creator campaign:

Select your campaign from the Campaigns page in Social Commerce.
Select Manage > Affiliates from the tabs on the left.

From here you can view total and individual metrics, creators, creator orders, copy links and codes, and more.

Select the CSV button in the upper-right corner of the page to download a CSV that includes all of your proposals.

Message creators

Send custom and templated emails to creators from your Social Creator campaign page.

Follow these steps to view your emails to and from creators in your Social Creator campaign:

Select your campaign from the Campaigns page in Vibe.
Select Manage > Messages from the tabs on the left.

Select messages to view your messages and creator replies.

Follow these steps to send an email to creators:

Select New Email.
Under To, enter the creators that you want to send the email to. Creators without emails connected will not receive the email.
(Optional) If you want to use a template, select the drop-down menu under Select Template and select the template.
Enter your subject and message.
Select Send Email to send the email to the creators.
