Manage content

After you've sourced your content, there are multiple ways to manage that content in Bazaarvoice Vibe.

Collections

You can organize social media content into collections in Vibe.

Follow these steps to create a collection:

  1. In Vibe, select Content > Library.
  2. Select the + icon next to Collections. The Create a Collection modal will appear.
  3. Enter a name for your collection in the text field.
  4. Select Create.

Configure content sources

Follow these steps to configure your collection's content sources:

  1. In Vibe, open your collection.
  2. In the upper-left corner, select the drop-down menu.
  3. Select the checkbox next to each content source you want to include in this collection.

You can also filter each collection with the Filter panel on the right side of the page.

Add content items to a collection

  1. In Vibe, hover over a content item and select the checkmark icon that appears. Repeat this process for each content item you want to add to a collection. A banner will appear at the top of the page. 
  2. Select the + Add... button.
  3. Select Add to Collection.
  4. Enter a collection name into the text field and select the collection you want to add this content to. You can also create a collection from this modal by selecting Add To New Collection.
  5. Select Add to collection.

Media library collections

There are three default collections in Vibe:

  • Team Media: Includes content uploaded by users (team members) connected to your Vibe instance.
  • My Media: Includes content uploaded by you.
  • All Media: Includes all content sources.

You can change what content sources are being displayed with the drop-down menu in the upper-left corner of the media library.

Labels

Add labels to a single content item

Follow these steps to add labels to a single content item.

  1. In Vibe, select a content item. The Universal Image Actions (UIA) page will open.
  2. Select the Add Labels tab.
  3. Enter your label in the Add Label text field.
  4. Select the + icon to add the label if the label doesn't already exist. If the label already exists, select it from the drop-down menu that appears.
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each label you want to add.

Add labels to a single content item

Follow these steps to add labels to a single content item.

  1. In Vibe, hover over a content item and select the checkmark icon that appears. Repeat this process for each content item you want to add labels to. A banner will appear at the top of the page.
  2. Select the + Add... button.
  3. Select Add Labels.
  4. Enter your label in the Add Labels text field and select it from the drop-down menu that appears. The label must already exist to add it to multiple content items at once.
  5. Repeat step 4 for each label you want to add.
  6. Select Add Labels.

AI visual tags

Visual Tags categorize the contents of an image by leveraging Vibe's AI to identify visual elements such as people, animals, objects, and geographical features. View our list of Visual Tags to see what can be tagged. HarmonyAI enables Vibe to take each image in your library and compare it to a list of Visual Tags using a computer vision AI. It then finds and applies the relevant tags to your images.

View visual tags

Follow these steps to view Visual Tags for your content:

  1. In Vibe, select Content > Library.
  2. To view the top Visual Tags for your content, select the text field under Visual Tags in the Filter panel on the right side of the page. A list of your top Visual Tags will appear.
  3. To view content with the Visual Tag you selected, select Visual Tags from the drop-down list or enter specific tags in the text field.
