This topic is for retailers who need to review content before it's published to their on-site Galleries. If you're a brand, read Syndicate content (brands).
As a retailer, you must review content distributed to your product detail pages (PDPs) through the Bazaarvoice Visual Syndication Network. You can decide which brand content is published to your on-site Galleries. You must approve or reject all content distributed to your website through the Visual Syndication Network.
Where to start
In Vibe, select Commerce > Galleries > + Find Media > Visual Syndication Network to open your Visual Syndication Network media stream. All content distributed to your website will appear here.
Approve a single media item
Follow these steps to approve a single media item for distribution to your website:
- In your Visual Syndication Network media stream, select the media item you want to approve. The Universal Image Actions (UIA) page will appear.
- Select Distribute.
- Select Onsite Galleries.
- Select the checkbox next to each Gallery you want to distribute to.
- Select Approve for Galleries.
Approve multiple media items
Follow these steps to approve multiple media items for distribution to your website:
- In your Visual Syndication Network media stream, hover over a media item you want to approve and select the checkmark icon. Do this for each media item you want to distribute.
- On the banner that appears at the top of the page, select + Add Items to Gallery.
- Select the checkbox next to each Gallery you want to distribute to.
- Select Add to Galleries.
Reject a media item
Follow these steps to reject a media item for distribution to your website:
- In your Visual Syndication Network media stream, hover over the media item you want to reject and select the three-dot icon that appears.
- Select Reject Item.
- Select your reason for rejection. This feedback is shared with the brand to help them identify the right type of content for your website.
- Select Save.
