Distribute content to the Bazaarvoice Visual Syndication Network to show brand-owned and user-generated content (UGC) on retailer product detail pages (PDPs).
Before you begin
Complete the following tasks before you distribute to the Visual Syndication Network:
- Connect your Instagram and Facebook accounts
- Set up rights requesting
- Contact your Bazaarvoice representative or Vibe Support to establish which retailers you'll syndicate to
Content must meet the following requirements to distribute to the Visual Syndication Network:
- Rights must be requested with Bazaarvoice Terms and Conditions for UGC
- Content must be product tagged
Distribute a single media item
Follow these steps to distribute a single media item to the Visual Syndication Network:
- In Vibe, select a media item that meets the requirements listed above. The Universal Image Actions (UIA) page will open.
- Select Distribute.
- Select Onsite Galleries.
- Select the checkbox next to Visual Syndication Network.
- Select Add Products in the lower-right corner.
- If you haven't added any products, add them now.
- (Optional) Select Labels. Add a label to this content to help you keep track of where you've distributed it.
- Select Approve for Galleries.
Distribute multiple media items
Follow these steps to distribute multiple media items to the Visual Syndication Network:
- In Vibe, hover over a media item that meets the requirements listed above and select the checkmark icon. Do this for each media item you want to distribute.
- On the banner that appears at the top of the page, select + Add...
- Select the checkbox next to Visual Syndication Network.
- Select Add to Galleries.
- Request the rights to any content that you haven't yet. We will not distribute any content until you've received the rights. Learn more about requesting rights.
Note: Retailers must approve your content before it will appear on their website.
