Use Meta shop tags to product tag Instagram posts in Bazaarvoice Vibe. Your followers can select shop tags on Instagram to go to the tagged product's product detail page (PDP). After you've posted on Instagram with shop tags, you can view insights about your shop tags' performance.
Set up shop tags
Complete the following tasks before you add shop tags to your posts:
- Connect a product catalog to Vibe
- Connect Instagram and Facebook to Vibe
- Make sure your Instagram accounts has access to Instagram Shopping
Add shop tags to posts
Follow these steps to add shop tags to an Instagram post in Vibe:
- In Vibe, create a social media post. Read our Scheduler topic to learn how.
- Create your post.
- Select the image you've chosen.
- Select Add Shop Tag.
- Select the drop-down menu under Select a Catalog and choose a catalog.
- Select the search field below Search for a Product and select the product you want to tag.
- Select Confirm.
