Distribute content

You can distribute content from anywhere you can access content in Bazaarvoice Vibe.

Before you distribute user-generated content (UGC), you should have the rights to it. We also recommend product tagging any content that you distribute to Commerce features.

Distribute a single content item

Follow these steps to distribute a single content item:

  1. In Vibe, select the content item you want to distribute. The Universal Image Actions (UIA) page will appear.
  2. Select the Distribute tab.
  3. Select where you want to distribute content to.
  4. Complete the required tasks.

Distribute multiple content items

Follow these steps to distribute multiple content items:

  1. In Vibe, hover over a content item and select the checkbox icon that appears. Do this for every content item you want to distribute. A banner will appear at the top of the page.
  2. Select the + Add... button.
  3. Select where you want to distribute content to. For distribution, you can select Galleries (this includes the Visual Syndication Network) or InstaShop.
  4. Complete the required tasks.

Review media distribution

As part of campaigns, participants may attach media to their reviews of your products. To distribute review media: 

1. In Vibe, go to Campaigns and navigate to your list of campaigns. 

2. Ensure that your chosen campaign has the Complete status, and then select the campaign.

3. From the left-hand navigation, select Review Media, and then the Media tab. 

4. Find the piece of media you want to distribute and select it.

5. From the UIA, select the Distribute tab. You can then choose to distribute the media to one of the following platforms: 

  • Social Media

  • Onsite Galleries

  • Approve for Syndication 

  • ONE page

  • Reveal

  • Showroom

One-click campaign content distribution

When you receive social content through a Bazaarvoice Sampling campaign in Vibe, content rights will already be approved and products will automatically be tagged. As a result, you can distribute this content immediately after receiving it in Vibe.

Note: If the products you added to your campaign were from your product catalog, the content collected will include products tags.

Gallery muting

You can now choose for content to be automatically muted when uploading to your Gallery. If you would like to enable this feature for your Gallery, contact your Client Success Manager.

This feature is currently only supported for Facebook and Instagram content, not TikTok or YouTube, so please exercise caution when publishing content to these platforms.

Social media dimensions

When distributing content to a social media platform, Bazaarvoice will automatically resize the content with the following dimensions:

  • Instagram (reels and stories): 1080 x 1920 px (9:16 ratio)
  • TikTok: 180 x 1920 px (9:16 aspect ratio)
  • Facebook (reels): 1080 x 1920 px
  • YouTube long-form: 1920 x 1080 px (16:9)
  • YouTube shorts: 1080 x 1920 px (9:16)
