AI creator search: Search our creator community with open-ended queries for desired qualities of a creator or an image of your desired aesthetic.

Use filters to find your preferred engagement benchmarks, bio keywords, location, and more. You can also search by typing in a specific handle.

Creator lists: As you find creators you’d like to source content from or partner with on future campaigns, you can track them using lists. Organizing key creators in a list will ensure any content they’re posting is available in your media library.
Creator profile: You can select a creator’s profile to view details of their content, insights, and view AI-powered recommendations of similar TikTok creators.

Source TikTok content for Galleries

You can search, discover, analyze, and source content from TikTok creators who are either members of TikTok’s creator marketplace or verified via Bazaarvoice. This is the only way for user-generated TikTok content to appear as embedded videos in Galleries.

To access content from your connected TikTok business account, follow these steps:

sign in to Vibe. From the main navigation, select Content, then Library.
From the All Media drop-down menu, scroll to the bottom and make sure the TikTok checkbox is selected.

Source content via campaigns

Use Bazaarvoice's campaign features to engage creators and everyday shoppers to generate and source verified content.

Creator Campaign Content: When running a Creator Campaign, you can set up TikTok as a task for your creators to complete. Inviting creators to connect ensures you gain access to verified statistics on that creator’s performance, as well as access all content they create for you during the span of the campaign.
Sampling Campaign Content: When running a Sampling Campaign, you can set up TikTok as a task for our everyday shoppers. Since everyday shoppers are all already verified, you’ll automatically gain access to all content and verified stats on their content performance. This TikTok content will also automatically have product tags and rights granted.

Source unverified TikTok content

You can also download TikTok videos directly from TikTok.com (or their mobile app) and upload them to your media library in Bazaarvoice Vibe. You can save time uploading this content with our drag-and-drop functionality or DropBox integration.

Bazaarvoice previously supported a Chrome extension for direct download, but this went against TikTok’s official recommendation on how to source content from their platform. We have switched to only sourcing content from TikTok’s officially supported paths.

Use TikTok content in Galleries

You can use TikTok content in mixed-content Galleries (Galleries that contain photos and videos from other sources) or TikTok-only Galleries.

Distribute a single TikTok

Follow these steps to distribute a single TikTok sourced through Vibe:

Select the TikTok content you want to distribute. The Universal Image Actions (UIA) menu should open and the TikTok should be taking up a large portion of your screen.
Select the Distribute tab.
Select Onsite Galleries.
Select the checkboxes next to each Gallery you want to distribute to.
Select Approve for Galleries.

Distribute multiple TikToks

Follow these steps to distribute multiple TikToks sourced through Vibe:

Select the checkbox next to each TikTok you want to distribute. A banner should appear at the top of the page.
Select + Add...
Select Add to Gallery.
Select the checkboxes next to each Gallery you want to distribute to.
Select Add to Galleries.

To ensure an optimal viewing experience, prevent cropping the video's edges, and other issues, we recommend the following:

In the Layout section of the Galleries customizations editor, choose Masonry as the Layout.
In the Modal section, choose Original as the Image Aspect Ratio. We'll automatically add a color blur in the background to fit with the video if it's been uploaded.

FAQs

Why can't Vibe ingest organic UGC into the Media Library like with Instagram?

TikTok does not provide the same level of API support as platforms like Instagram for monitoring mentions, tags, or custom hashtags. Without this support, we can’t access or ingest organic UGC unless users have explicitly granted permissions to Bazaarvoice.

Why can Vibe ingest Sampling Campaign UGC?

Sampling Campaign UGC can be sourced because creators have directly connected their TikTok accounts and granted permissions to Bazaarvoice as part of the campaign agreement. This creates a clear contract, allowing us to collect and use their UGC.
