What kind of product catalogs does Vibe support?
Bazaarvoice Vibe supports Shopify, Adobe Commerce (Magento), and imported catalogs so you can product tag content and run campaigns.
If you're running a Sampling campaign in Vibe and want to use products from a catalog, you must have a product catalog connected to the Bazaarvoice Portal. However, you can run Sampling campaigns without this by adding custom products to a campaign request. Learn about product catalogs in Portal.
Self-serve product catalog setup
To connect a product catalog using our self-serve workflow you must be using one of the following product catalog formats:
- Shopify: Connect your Shopify catalog to Vibe.
- Adobe Commerce (Magento): Connect your Adobe Commerce (Magento) catalog to Vibe.
- HTTPS or FTP/SFTP link: Connect a catalog that meets Google's product data specifications to Vibe.
