Insights quick tour
From the Insights landing page, Program overview, you can get a high-level overview of your program performance. This dashboard consolidates your most important Bazaarvoice metrics into a single, customized summary.
The Insights area in Portal has two main sections that you can navigate to from the Program Overview page:
- Insights - Select key insights dashboards from the left-hand navigation menu, or select a metric card on the Program Overview screen to go to the relevant dashboard.

Reports - Select Reports from the left-hand navigation menu.
