We've made several key changes to the design and functionality of this knowledge base:

New site design

We've updated the site to use a new UI layout that offers improved performance and a modern look. The new design provides:

• Significantly faster page loading
• Better page indexing by search engines and AI agents
• A topic progress bar on the top of the page
• A “Back to top” button
• For any article, view how it differs from its previous version
• A fully responsive home page, designed for both desktop and mobile

We have updated all references to "Interaction data" and "Interaction feed file" to "Order data" and "Order data file," respectively. These updated terms are more accurate, user-friendly, and industry-standard for review solicitation tools.

Rating only label

The [Rating only] label automatically identifies reviews that do not contain a review title or descriptive text. It helps you to easily distinguish between intentional rating only contributions and standard reviews.
